Lucie I have a question about black rollers.... do you need to put thicker sections of hair on them just to get them all to fit? I would assume so but maybe not? Because they take up such a huge amount of space...

Arlana, yes doll, you do. Gray rollers are 2". Black rollers are 2.5". Too much hair on a roller will result in hair that is improperly dried. So that section will not be sleek and a bit poofy.

I have this dryer (LCL) and it doesnt seem to get hot enough for me. I have it on what I think is the highest setting and it just blows cool air. Its very powerful, so I am wondering if I am doing something wrong. I have had it 6 months or so and I want to sell it out of frustration. I love my LCL Steamer though, but I like alternating between dry and moist when DCing.

You need to contact the company to have it replaced. They all have a one year warranty. I am so sorry that you got a bad dryer.
I have talked to customer service and technical service and they are very helpful.
This dryer gets HOT. It gets so hot that I cannot put it on the highest temperature setting.
you're going to love it! i got mine in sept and it has not let me down. i could never go back to table top dryers.
