How exactly are you suppose to use the MN? I take it you it should be mixed with some kind of oil then do you rub in on the scalp daily?

I've been using MN since Feb. 25 and this is how much NG I got. I took the pic with my phone last week (Sorry it's not that clear, believe it or not that's 1 1/2 inches of NG)

I mixed mine with Jojoba, Grapeseed, Castor Oil with 10 drops of Peppermint Oil, 10 drops Rosemary, and 1/4 jar of Sulfur 8. Almost everyone's mix is different, some have more ingredients, some have less. Some members are using MN straight.

I know MN is great for those that have dandruff (which tends to form from a yeast infestation)

But what if you are dandruff-free? Does it still increase growth or does it only increase growth for those that actually have some level of yeast on their scalp already?

Yes, love it I'm seven weeks post and oh boy is all I have to say about the new growth. 2 more weeks to go and I'll either perm or continue to stretch.

My Mn consistency is creamy but it's probably because I use sulfur 8 grease, bb moisturizing lotion and oils.

I'll take a pic of mines when I get home if another doesn't beat me to it.

I saw that others mixed theirs with different oils. I didn't feel like buying then so I just pix mines with WGO which is many essential oils together.

ITA with Aggie - no dandruff and still gets growth. It's anti-fungal properties is just an added benefit for those that do have dandruff or a scalp irritation.

YET it has worked well on these girls better than most.

Question... How are you going to use the suppositorites? Are you going to melt them. I don't think that will be a good idea because too much heat with MN can cause it to be ineffective. I along with many others in the forum, use the cream on my scalp and don't have a problem with the mineral oil in it. I still get good results.

Thank yo Sunbasque for the pic and the ingredient list. Yes this is the one everyone is using - I heard that it had mineral oil in it and I wanted to confirm that it did.

ETA: I just pulled out my box of MN I bought on Amazon.com and guess what? They have the exact same ingredients as the Family Dollar brand. The one I'm using is called Fougera Miconazole Nitrate Cream USP, 2%. I bought a pack of 3 for $6.35. I think I'm happy with this for now.

You are very welcome. Mix it with your fav water based moisturizer or make a mist with it. It works wonders. Filled i my bald spot. I can now rollerset that section.
