WTF?! Lace closure from Pak Cosmetics

I ordered a lace closure from Pak Cosmetics and this is what came in the mail:

I am extremely disappointed and wondering what recourse I have. I purchased a closure piece from them last year http://www.pakcosmetics.com//brand/...n-Dream-Hair/Original-Human-Hair-Closure.html and it was fine. I would have ordered the same one, but I wanted one with more surface area in the front.

Am I taking crazy pills or have they sent me the wrong product/falsely advertised?

I sent them an email just now but I am extremely upset, being I wanted to do my hair as soon as it came.

To me, this is what lace closures are supposed to look like: http://www.google.ca/search?hl=en&g...urce=og&sa=N&tab=wi&ei=BO9tUf-lCMWo2gX19YD4CA

ETA: This is the product I ordered http://www.pakcosmetics.com//brand/Royal-Imex/Zury/Zury-Q-HW-U-Lace-Closure.html

Unfortunately, I see now that it says "U-Lace Closure", whatever that means. There is not lace anywhere though. It's all mesh.

It looks like they sent you what you ordered.... If you look at the link of the product you ordered, you will see the U part. It's just inside out.

The product is called a "lace closure". There is no lace.

ETA: It's misleading because when you Google "U-Lace closure" nothing comes up. There's no such thing.

This makes me think of the invisble part closures. Guess it just makes less work for someone making a U-part wig. Nifty idea; I don't see how it's misleading.

ETA: Maybe closure isn't the best term for this product since one's hair would still have to cover the tracks, I assume, unlike an invisible part which is still meant for full head sew-ins.
