Why can't we delete our posts anymore?

Why can't we delete our own posts anymore?

Has this been asked and answered somewhere? If so, could someone give me the reference? Thanks.

I noticed it about two weeks ago, you can only edit your posts, that's it. And no I don't think it has been discussed in another thread.

It's weird, sometimes you can sometimes you can't. I just tried a minute ago...no can do. It worked an hour ago Apparently on this particular thread you can, but not on the other ones.
