i'm 4a relaxed and have used all the conditioners in question. For one, the Intense is very lite, nowhere near as heavy as the cholesterols. I add olive oil to mine for that extra boost. I loved the intense when i first tried it, but it started to wear off on me, i'd buy it again though. Umm i would use this for moisture and cholesterols for moderate moisturizing and detnagling, the intense is just a different kind of condit for me altogether! HTH
