TOXINS IN BEAUTY PRODUCTS

I was recently informed by a friend that works for a wellness company about products that contain fermaldihyde(sp) and particularly an ingredient called quaternium 15 which is an ingredient in fermeldihyde. I am in the process of researching for a list of these products. I was told by my friend that pantene contains this quaternium, I dont know because I dont use pantene. If you use it, please check the ingredient list. This web site has some good information on it. I will post more as I come to it. Just thought it was good to know. Please check out the link below.

I just found out that one of my products has Q-15 and another Toxin, Triethanolamine. These ingredients were found in my Sulfur-8 spray!

I'm returning these 2 bottles today!

Okay ladies, this is what I've found out so far:
Motions Lavish Conditioning Shampoo contains Sodium Lauryl Sulfate.
Cream of Nature Detangling Conditioning Shampoo contains Quaternium 15.
Proclaim Team Tree Shampoo contains Codium Laureth Sulfate, Quaternium 80, dont know what the diff b/t the 15 &amp; 80 is. YET.
The remainder of my products contained stuff like cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol, potassium chloride, mineral oil and celearyl alcohol. I dont know what effect they will have on our hair but will let you know as soon as I know. If anybody knows the effect of these ingredients in our hair care products, please step up.

aren't these in quantities of ppm (parts per million) and ppb (parts per billion), both minute quantities so non-concentrated that they're level of harm is about the size of a querk?

If so then it isn't too, too much to worry about. There is arsenic in the water we drink in ppm/ppb.
