Tips for Postpartum hair loss:(VERY INFORMATIVE)

I see there are alot of us wondering what is going on with our hair well, i did some research and found this:
You can apply essential oils for reducing hair loss:p & indeed many nut oils will also stimulate the hair follicle & increase circulation & oxidisation sufficiently to bring about regrowth of hair, although in some cases this may resemble vellus, or baby hair. While encouraging growth with the essential oil treatments, use only purified water (bottle or filtered) to was your hair. Avoid chlorinated swinmming pools & do not swim in polluted seas. Eat correctly & take vitamin B supplements. Manage your stress levels & avoid alcohol. Shampooing too often can increase hair loss & avoid heavy onditioning treatments which can stretch the weakened hair, causing it to break. Chemical treatment can build up & lead to hair loss. So turn to the natural option: first, the oils.
Essential Oils For Treating Hair Loss -
Thyme, Rosemary, Lavender, Carrot, Sage.
Essential Oils That Reduce Hair Loss -
Chamomile Roman, Cypress, Lemon, Birch, Palma Rosa, Thyme, Rose, Yarrow, Carrot, Sage, Clary-Sage, Rosemary, Calendula.
Vegetable Oils For Treating Hair Loss -
Jojoba, Borage Seed, Evening Primrose.
Shampoo -
Blend the ingredients together in a bain-marie & use the shampoo once a week. Don't shampoo in-between instead get adventurous with scavres.
Shampoo 1 - 100ml soap stew (vegetable based) 12 drops jojoba oil, 6 drops carrot oil, 6 drops rosemary, 10 drops lavender.
Shampoo 2 - 100ml soap stew, 4 drops jojoba oil, 2 drops chamomile, 3 drops palma rosa.
Shampoo 3 - 100ml soap stew, 5 drops jojoba oil, 3 drops rosemary, 2 drops lemon.
Conditioner -
Which can be applied before shampooing. Blend the ingredients together & massage into the scalp. Leave on the hair for at least 10 - 30 mins before washing off.
Conditioner 1 - 2ml jojoba oil, 10 drops evening primrose oil, 3 drops palma rosa.
Conditioner 2 - 12g cocoa butter, 30ml almond oil, 5 drops clary-sage.
Conditioner 3 - 2 teaspoons lecithin base, 5 drops jojoba oil, 10 drops evening primrose oil, 30 ml almond oil.
Rinses
There are again 2 options for the rinse. Blend the ingredients of the rinse you choose then add 1 pint of boiled or filtered water & put in the final rinse after you shampoo your hair.
Rinse 1 - 25ml cider vinegar, 100ml spring water, 10 drops lemon.
Rinse 2 - 25ml cider vinegar, 100 ml spring water, 3 drops rosemary, 3 drops lavender.
Night-time Treatment -
Every night apply the following treatment all over the scalp. Mix the ingredients together & store in a clean bottle. Use 1 teaspoon for each application, diluted in 1 tablespoon fo cold water, preferably ice cold.
100ml cider vinegar, 20 drops carrot oil, 10 drops rosemary."
