Ladies I found Surge Plus 14 at a BSS in Illinois called Christine beauty supply. I saw them over in a corner there were 5 bottles, of course I bought all 5 they were only $4.99 a bottle. I went into this BSS looking for something else I was not expecting to find the surge plus 14. They had tons of the surge shampoo left. The asian lady did tell me that she was sure they probably had more in the back of the store but I didn't wait to see,there was a long line and I was just excited that I had just bought the 5 bottles. Ladies when you are in the BSS be sure to look in the corners of shelves and behind other things you might just find what you really want.
