I've been trying to get an appointment with this salon for about 2 years now, and they're ALWAYS booked. I decided to check out their site today, and I see that they're accepting new clients. This really is a premier salon if you're interested in stylists that specialize in helping you maintain and achieve healthy, natural hair. They have a long variety of natural styles too that are really affordable. They even offer a natural hair bootcamp!

Here's the site.

Here is a thread that I posted on this salon before (pics included).

They're also on facebook, youtube and twitter. The facebook page is really great. It has a lot of tips for naturals.

:lachen:I know it's kinda pathetic that I've been stalking this salon for two years now. lmbo I know it'll be worth it. I'll definitely post about my experience. They have a cream and honey steam treatment that I'm dying to try.

I really just want to find a salon that I know is fully qualified/experienced to handle my natural hair (without wanting to relax it for being too coarse, chop too much off, etc). I've been so determined because it looks like they really know what they're doing. They have to if it takes this long for appointments to open up. lol

Are they in Houston? At this point, I feel like my hair is better off in my own hands than it is in the hands of a stylist.

I'm doing more Ayurvedic treatments for myself and more protective styling to maintain my length.
