Moon phases and trimms...

This is for those of you who wanted to know about this moon phase thing. Let me break-it-down there are 4 phases in the moon cycle and although the datesand days change the part fo the phase you cut or chemically treat your hair is in same. For those who want thickness you should trimm on the days of the full moon, for those who want to trimm for growth you should trimm from the new moon to the first qurter and/or from the first quarter to the day before the full moon. Using the lunar chart that shows the new and full moon and it's dates is the easiest one to follow. Here is a chart I found on a link already detailed:
