hi ladies (specifically) miami ladies:
metro beauty does perms starting at $45.00 and up. they also offer "bio-ionic and other anti-curl services" (somehow that word anti-curl does'nt hit me in the gut just right but that's the verbage they use)
there are two shops in downtown miami (flagler & 1st ave AND 4 se 1 st (305) 577-8896)
just caring and sharing!
maybe they'll give us a discount on services if we mention how much dinero we at lhcf spend at their establishment!
ps-the lady who does the perms appears to be hispanic.
