Hi everybody! I guess it's time I formally introduce myself and participate here 
My name is Brittney and I'm trying to grow my hair to waist length, but it's been a long journey.
I've had many different hair lengths, but my hair has always been stringy and unhealthy. I abused heat for far too long, and this July I found the Healthy Textures forum and started out my hair journey. (Pics in my signature) I'm currently about a half- inch above BSL after a much needed trim.
Anyways, I'm really proud of myself because I just relaxed and snipped off an inch of dead stringy ends last weekend and my hair looks so much healthier.
