Lace Wig Question

with the lace top the lace is only on a small part of the wig in the front. Alot of the synthetic lace wigs you see at the BSS are like this. They have a portion where you can put a part in it, but the rest of the wig is like the traditional kind. The full lace wig is all lace so you can part it anywhere, each piece of hair is affixed to the lace strand by strand kind of like a very sophisticated latch hook (remember home ec). I have pic of my full lace wig on my Picture Album. Hope that helps

To add to the confusion, there is a distinction between a lacefront and a full lace wig also. A laceFRONT, just has lace at the front, crown and sides, and has adjustable straps around the back from ear to ear. This allows the wig to be worn styled down, but no high ponytails. A full lace wig has hair ventilated through the whole cap so that the hair can be worn up.
