January 9,10,11..What Are YOUR Weekend Hair Plans?

I'll be washing my weave for the first time since installing 2 weeks ago.

Deets to follow...

Friday
Pre-Poo: Annabelle's Coffee Oil on scalp and Coconut oil on length
Sit under heat cap for 30 mins

Saturday:
Wash: Keracare Detangling Hydrating Poo
Dc: Claudie's Moisturizing DC, Porosity Control, Olive Oil, Peppermint, Rosemary and Eucalyptus oil over coffee
Leave-ins: Annabelle's/oil/Giovanni Direct
Air dry
Bun

I'm installing marley twists at some point this weekend so I'll be clarifying and doing a heavy protein DC this beforehand.

I'm on vacation and the only product I brought with me was shea butter. I went to the grocery store and bought products so I could stay in and watch Netflix while I prep my hair for the weekend.

I cowashed with Herbal Essences Naked Moisturizing Conditioner. It smells like Old Spice but it conditioned my hair fine.

I'm deep conditioning with Aussie Moist 3 Minute Miracle

Will twist with Garnier leave-in and shea butter on the ends.

Today I:
Washed with SM Superfruit Complex shampoo
Conditioned and detangled in shower with SM Superfruit Complex DC
Did medium sized twists with SM Curl Enhancing Smoothie and Blue Magic Coconut Oil

I'm conflicted. I don't know if I should wash and deep condition weekly or bi weekly. Ughh... I want to try new products, but ughhh..I don't like clutter and I don't want to become a, dare I say, PJ, although I think it is too late :(

I need to use all of what I have, and I have no problems doing that with the amount of hair that I have. I keep it two strand twisted and am rocking the wigs right now. It usually lasts me for two weeks. I can go longer. So conflicted.

So to answer your question, I'd like to give myself another deep condition this weekend as I did last weekend. I don't know.
