Is participating in a giveaway considered gambling?

If you enter into a drawing where you don't have to put up any of your money, nor purchase anything, would that still be considered gambling? I don't want to bias anyone's answer so I will hold mine until a little later.

I agree. I think it's okay. The only reason I don't is because I'm too lazy to enter. I hate filling out questionairres, etc. Uggg! . Just give me the prize...already.
