How to know when to fire your stylist

My sister went to JC Penny's to get a wash and set. She didn't feel good about the style but didn't ask the stylist to change it. She picked up her daughter who laughed when she saw her. She thought maybe she was just excited to see her. My niece is silly and often has her own private jokes. My sister gets home and my niece decided to have a heart to heart with her. She asked my sister whether or not she was going to wear her hair like that to work tomorrow. My sister said yes and asked her why. My niece replied "If you do, they are going to laugh at you." My niece is only 5. Anytime your 5 year old laughs at you and warns that others will too you may want to fire your stylist.
