Hi all!
I know a lot of people like to mix stuff from their kitchen. I like to do it because as i don't live in the states is impossible for me to find certain products (and if i do buy them, is to expensive to send them to Mèxico). Ok, so what i intend we do is to grow, moisturize and DCing our hairs with stuff we can find in the house, or natural stuff we can buy in the market.

The important thing in this challenge is to have a healthy and beautiful not damage hair, but you can set your personal goal for this challenge.

RULES
.- You can trim your hair if you need to, we are fighting for healthy hair, healthy hair grows better so if you need to trim, don't hesitate.
.- Shampoo the times you need per week
.- DC at least two times per week with homemade products
.- Protein treatment (if you are not sensitive to this) once per week
.- Moisturize and seal every day, as many times as you need

You can reffer yourself to sites like Motowngirl to find excelents recipes to our hair.

You have to put a picture of your hair start, so we can MONTHLY see our progress also fill out the next questions, so we can know what you are using.

Thanks! Henna coats my hair and makes it heavier, stronger, and it retains moisture so well. Henna makes all my hair products work better and had given me a burgundy glow. I only mix mine with water but have also tried mixing it with a little ACV, one time with honey, and once I applied it to hair that I had coated with coconut oil first. Lots of ladies use other ingredients but I like it simple. I will bump some threads for you.

Hair Type : 4a/b
Natural or relaxed : 6 months post - Texlaxed
Moisturizing with : V05 conditioner, coconut oil, and/or Taliah Waajid's Bodifier

DCing with : Henna, Yogurt, honey, bananas (baby food), sour cream, caramel treatment, I want to try some new things like avocado and I plan on trying out some more ayurveda treatments like amla and hibiscus.
Shampooing with : V05 Conditioner or shea butter soap if needed
Protein treatment : Yogurt or henna (not protein but it does the trick for me)
Personal hair Goal : As long as possible or as long as I can stand - whichever comes first :yep:
