This guide is 23 pages long, but has so many ingredients. When I buy a product I like to know what the ingredients do, so I figured I'd share. Here's a sample.


Retinyl Acetate

Description: Ester derived from retinol and acetic acid.
Benefits to hair: Skin-conditioning agent.


Retinyl Palmitate Polypeptide

Description: Vitamin A.
Benefits to hair: Rejuvenates and accelerates hair growth. Fights irritation, acne, and fungal growth.

Rice Extract
Description: The germ: Contains about 40% rice germ oil, and is composed mainly of oleic, linoleic and palmitic acids. The bran
contains 15 to 20% lipidic components (mainly triglycerides), but also contains a large amount of proteins, sugars and minerals.
Benefits to hair: Helps to smooth the hair cuticle for an increase in overall strength and shine.

Rosmarinus Officinalis Leaf Extract
Description: Rosemary extract.
Benefits to hair: Antimicrobial agent; antioxidant; skin-conditioning agent; misc. and occlusive.

Royal Jelly
Description: Pharyngeal secretion produced by worker bees.
Benefits to hair: Skin-conditioning agent.

Saccharomyces Copper Ferment
Description: Copper ions.
Benefits to hair: Assists in the synthesis of DNA, collagen, and elastin to promote healthy keratin formulation.
