I also love incorperating the versatlilty of being natural in my hair styles...so for inspiration purposes Ive decided to share my hair designs maybe they will be of some hairspiration to ya. I know I get frustrated sometimes figuring out what to do with this nappy mess

LOL I thought you did them too and I was thinking dang how does she get her parts straight? I can barely cornrow my own hair my arms get tired super fast and I can't part a straight line to save my life.

I really love great cornrow designs but its hard to find a good braider and good unique styles. I have a few designs on my fotki that I really loved. I miss getting my hair braided.

Hw long did these styles last? How did you maintain? Maybe I'll give these wigs a rest finally.

They last 3 weeks for braids with a curly fro, but thats because Im super lazy and I wash it and re twist the hair thats left out and sometimes i wear old twist outs.

but for two strand twists with a braid design it last a month, but i dont let it get that long Im always changing, plus its super cheap at 35 dollars for my stylist to do.

Yup! The first pic is flat twists and those are my FAVORITE kind of cornrows....believe it or not they last the longest and are more gentle on your edges!

You know what Im such a pushy client I bet my stylist is like daaang! But I always make sure I have a picture for inspiration and I make sure the first two braids I look at to make sure she is doing what I want. If your paying you can be picky--HOWEVER! That doesnt work if your cousin Pookie is braiding for the free free ur pretty much at her mercy lol!!!
