Candy_C New Member Feb 9, 2006 #3 i alwayssss pre-poo i pre-poo overnight with Amla Oil my ends are silky thick and strongggg. and i lose hardly any hair. i apply the amla, sleep with it on overnight in a loose bun, comb my hair in the morning then start my wash regime.
