Trust in the Lord with all thine heart and lean not unto thine own understanding
Proverbs 3:5

This text will help you avoid a nervous breakdown. It will stimulate your recovery if you have had one.
A famous neurologist specialist in nervous breakdowns often prescribes this text for his patients. He writes the words on a card and instructs to commit them to memory until in the subconscious mind.

The cause of much nervous trouble is frustration and the antidote to frustration is a calm faith...not in your own cleverness or in hard toil
but in God's guidance!

The cure of frustration is the belief that God will help you attain your heart's desires. Trust in God with all your heart and you will be able to work in health and happiness for long time to come

This is ironically day 6 and it says exactly what I need
I not only needed to read this... I needed to type this out
and probably say it out loud, too

I must be getting close to major success..

disruptions are coming at me from everywhere and all at once
from the beginning of the day early out in the field down to
my being seated here in my beloved office :yep:

when the peace and happiness that is just starting to come
is threatened or compromised ... I know that means the supernatural good is on the way...
and I just recommitted to Jabez which always shakes things up
so may I share with anyone's who is reading today's excerpt

four words I am learning to say

how important is it???????????? :ohwell:

in the scheme of this beautiful landscape that is God's gift of my life..
what does this(fill-in-the-blank) matter in it? ..ultimately?

except to practice this concept

the antidote to frustration is a calm faith...not in your own cleverness or in hard toil but in God's guidance!

indeed~
let go & Let God :yep:
