Daily, alcohol free, soft hold hairspray

I've always steered clear of hairsprays because I've just heard that they are not good for your hair. I'm assuming that is because of alcohol content. So if it is alcohol free, would I be able to use a hairspray daily to hold my curls? I'm looking for a daily, alcohol free, soft hold hairspray that does NOT flake or make my hair crunchy or hard and that I can still easily run my fingers through. Too much to ask?

Any suggesions?

Giovanni has a hair spray, I've never used it but I've always wanted to try it. Sometimes I use Finesse holding spray to keep my bun looking good all day. It has alcohol in it BUT it also has silk protein in it and I use way less than what the instructions recommend so my hair is still easy to comb and is not dry.
