Cant Find Vitamin B-5

I can't find vitamin B-5 at any drug store or wal-mart its always in a complex. i was thinking about taking the complex but it would have been too much niacin and i think that causes damage to the liver or something.

b-5/panthenol can be purchased at vitamin shoppe or go online to their website vitaminshoppe.com. usually, when bottled, it is referred to as panthenol and not b-5.

Try to find a health food store. They will have it there.

you are right, it's usually referred to as panthenol or sometimes pantothenic acid

Yes GNC has it. You can go to the store or go to www.drugstore.com and search for B-5 and you will see the GNC brand. Here's the Link I think:

Be careful on overdosing on certain vitamins. I know that niacin at a high dosage is very toxic. I think it's toxic if you take that alone. BUt I could be wrong.
