Glad & relieved you had a good experience at a New Salon. Glad it worked out for you.

I also switched from Mizani to Affirm (Mild Lye) about a year ago.

Going to wash with Suave Daily Clarify Shampoo
Deep Condition with Silicon Mix Bambu for 40 minutes
Apply Leave ins: Lacio Lacio, Aphogee Green Tea Reconstructor, and heat protectant
Roller set hair and try out my Laila Ali Soft Bonnet Dryer
Flat Iron with either my Sedu flat iron or H2Pro Flat iron
Pin curl or wrap hair

Co washed and DC'ed with the last of my Wen apple (well there's a drop left), used AG fast food leave-in, applied redken heat glide to blow dry using the tension method, now I'm half way done with my mini twists- taking a break. Using cantu and shea moisture curl soufflé as my stylers.

Trying to decide if I wanna do mini twists, a twistout, curlformers, or my half wig. So many decisions! Ill be back with my info if I ever make up my mind!

Today I shampooed with suave almond and shea butter shampoo (one lather, scalp only), DCed for an hour with my Ynobe moisturizing DC, applied my leave-in and styler (Jessicurl too shea and Camille Rose Whipped Butter Gel) and put my hair in twists to rock a twist out for the weekend.

I have to clarify and deep condition either today or tomorrow. I've been wearing wash and goes since the weather is too hot for me to straighten.

I already washed my hair Wednesday but decided to wash and deep condition my hair yesterday in preparation for my weave installation.
I coated the length of my hair with tressame nourishing conditioner and only applied shescenit jojoba hemp shampoo on my roots. After rinsing I used a mix of aogpb (new formula works great), Giovanni nutrafix hair reconstructor and tressame naturals nourishing conditioner along applying evoo on my hair to act like a sealant with two black plastic caps (I prefer the black caps over the clear cap). Honestly I don't remember how long I had the conditioner on my head....all I know that s/o came over and I had rinse my hair out. I lightly detangled and applied Giovanni direct leave in and chi silk infusion and airdried in 8 twists for about 30 mins. I blowdried using the combination of the tension method and brushing using my fake denman. Since I have been wearing my hair loose all summer, I decided to give my hair the must needed trim. I trimmed b/w .5-1.5" all over mainly to get rid of ssks. I literally only had a little of aohc left that I was waiting to use just for that moment which I applied and sealed with evao, put my hair into a bun. I also applied a little avao on my scalp to soothe my scalp itch. Sorry for the novel

Today shampooed with QB Cleansing Tea, did a Cherry Lola Treatment now steaming with Naturelle Grow Herbal Conditioner w/ argan oil and QB Olive & Honey Balm on top.

I prepooed with Evoo then washed with my new shampoo.
Afterwards I did a protein treatment under heat. I then DCd overnight with moisturizing poo.

About to rinse.

Doing a henna treatment overnight tonight and then a yogurt/coconut butter baggy DC all day on Saturday. My hair will be 2-strand twisted up and banded thru Sunday, and then back to a twisty bun for Monday.

Okay, I for some reason decided to do braids instead. I got some Shea Moisture Curl Enhancing Smoothie as a giveaway, so I thought I'd try that out.

1. My hair after henna treatment and DC
2. I let my hair partially dry in about twelve chunky 2-strand twists
3. Another shot of the 2-strand twists to help you gauge size.
4. Texture after air-drying all day.
5. Each twist made four braids.
6. The whole head. I'll leave these in at least one work week.
