Up for a month challenge!!! Come on ladies!!!

This challenge is for the ladies that are horrible at long challenges but want to see results fast! Lets take everything up a notch: hair must be worn up, up your vitamins, up your growth aids, up your excercise (min 2x a week), up your healthy eating fruits/ veggies, up your moisture (min 2x a day), up your water intake (min 3 glasses a day) and up your DC or cowashing.

Challenge starts August 1st and will end August 30th and reveal day is Sunday August 31st. You must have starting pics to compare later.:grin:

i love it...but i am taking these kinky twists out around july 31st and then i will go back to cowashing every other day and DCing 2x a week anyway...and i drink a lot of water...and i do MT every day...i just dont know if my hair will be long enough to respectfully wear up, LMAO

i could use the forced exercise though!!! on second thought this sounds like an easy challenge.
