Have you tried tjmaxx and the BSS on 32nd st? I dunno if the BSSs in harlem have it but there are tons there to try.

In Brooklyn you can find the new formula at Sally's, and you can find the old formula at quite a few beauty supply stores. I know that the beauty supply stores in downtown BK still have the old formula.
