morehairplease I used to. I would get it from Distilpure. Didn't make a difference to my hair in any noticeable way (no faster growth or whatever). But it did make my nails strong and white. I would mix it in orange juice because vitamin C helps with the absorption of MSM. Also in orange juice I didn't mind the bitterness. I'd pretend the juice was just made with bitter oranges. Now you've got me considering getting it coz my nails are looking pretty sad.
