Bone Comb vs Jilbere Shower Comb

I have been considering buying a bone comb. I currently own a jilbere shower comb and am wondering if the bone comb is superior to the jilbere. If so, why?

TIA!

I think that both have their pros and cons.

The pros of the Jilbere
relatively inexpensive
very wide spacing
has some sort of built in antifungal agent

The Cons:
It does have seams along the teeth
I can only use it to detangle my wet hair

The pros of bone combs
seamless
reduces static and fly away hair
no drag
real bone combs deposits minerals to the hair/stimulating

the Cons
from what I've noticed you can only purchase online
they are kinda pricey

Why can you use the Jilbere only on wet hair?

I only comb my hair when its wet but plently of people use the Jilbere on dry hair. I prefer the Jilbere because the bone combs I had were really sharp and I seemed lose a lot of hair when I used them. Other brands may be different, but after blowing $20 on a couple of combs I had to give away, I'm sticking with my shower comb.

A few months back, I bought bone combs at the BBS in NYC. I looked for this this weekend and didn't see them.

I purchased a very wide-long-tooth bone comb from someone here and it was worth every penny. It's my shower comb. My hair never snags on seams or plastic.

I love my mason pearson detangling comb, and my large rake bone comb...they were expensive but i lose no hair with them at all...

I feel the Jilbere kinda pulling at my hair when I use it on dry hair. It only seems to work on wet hair for me. I use the Jilbere right after I use my super detangle rake bone comb when detangling in the shower. The teeth are wider spaced on that one.

I can definitely use it on dry hair, but I prefer to use a comb with less space in between the teeths when I comb my dry hair so I can attack those knots fully.
