Things are going pretty good here. It grew an inch last month in the fastest-growing sections. I can't believe there's only 4 months left in this year!

i cant tell if its growing or not. but i definitely know that i didnt get an inch

I got little over a inch this month the only thing I added to regimen was Delinea and changed my protein shake from 23gm to 50gm even though the taste is worse and I only drink it 3 times a week.
I am still surging twice a day I think I would have gotten
2 inches if I had not slacked off with eating eggs.
I did not quite get a inch last month.

No, I don't know how may inches I have gained so far but things are looking on the up and up!!

except for the setback a couple of days ago, I may have gained almost 3 inches. Which isn't much but I am trying to speed things up by increasing my vitamin intake. I can say that there is a noticable difference though.
