What Product aid in thinkness other than MTG

Hello LHCF family,
I need your help. Other than MTG what products are good for thickening the hair. My hair is getting thinner and thinner. I need your help.
 
I definitely say castor oil Sexyma, but it doesn't work "overnite". I've never used mtg, but I noticed thicker hair after about a month of using castor oil. Anyone else with suggestions?
