Paid twice , mods, somebody..... please assist.

I paid twice through paypal. Once via echeck and once via paypal. I sent email to support and did not get a response. I got my statement today and I paid twice. How do I get a refund of the money (I am soooo not rolling in dough) or get my subscription extended for two years (current and the next year)?

Please help.
