mini chop

Hey ladies, i'm thinking of doing a mini chop, i have been natural for so many years now and my hair is still stuck in the same rut.

so since my hair has heat damage is breaking and full of knots i have decided to do a mini chop.

has anyone done this to their natural hair? whats been your experience?

I've heard of people doing this and I think they are usually very happy with the fresh start. It seems to be helpful when people are dealing with damage from heat or color. Good luck!

i'm in the same boat. I've been cutting of 2 inches every couple of months.

I'm hoping I've learned my lesson after dealing with this heat damage.

It's frustrating going back in length but I think I've improved a great deal on the twist out this time.

i've learned so much about heat damage..... I guess heat will not be in my styling options in any form or fashion
I figured I would do so "occasionally"....but I'm deciding against it all together
