OK I haven't received my BeeMine yet, (I can't wait!) but I just had to RAVE about her customer service!!

I was having issues with my order and Tracey actually contacted Paypal for me. She was very nice, professional & followed up with me via email to keep me updated. I don't have my BeeMine yet, so I can't attest to the product..although so many positive posts here already. I love supporting Black Owned Business & it was just refreshing to see someone with a new, home-based (i assume) business working so hard to build her clientele. Usually I hate shopping online, but I'm IMPRESSED!@

I agree. I had a gift certificate issue and she not only email me to follow-up..she called. Very good customer service!!! I''ll be placing another order for Bee Mine soon. I've only been using it for a week, so nothing to report yet. But I love the smell and it gives me incredible shine
