how do you get straight ends when air drying?

I have been airdrying my hair and everything turns out ok except my ends tend to be frizzy and thick. I use Wen lavendar, fig and sometimes mint I believe that I use good LHCF practices washing, rinsing with my head back in the shower, I comb very little and never comb before I add my leave-ins. I use two pumps of WEN and several drops of fig oil and sometimes I put coconut on the ends as my leave ins.
I smooth my hair back with my hands and twirl the ends into a twist and pin it down with a small barrette. I let it dry 40%, take it down add some oil and twist it up and put a scarf on it and go to bed. Inthe morning my hair feels good but the ends are frizzy.
ANY SUGGESTIONS? or ideas

Have you tried castor oil or coconut oil? If that does not work then try ordering Candy C's avococo hair lotion. Not trying to push her product but it does work.
