Question Can't Mention Some People. Why?

I use the mention feature quite regularly. I notice that there is one poster who I can never mention. I just see an @ sign when the post loads.

Why is this? Has the person blocked the feature. Is the person ignoring me?

It's not a big deal. It is just the second time I've noticed and I thought I would ask.

Is there a way to find out if someone is ignoring you? No hurt feelings. I'm just curious. (Won't bother replying to someone who's ignoring me. Why bother?)

I dont ''think'' they are ignoring you i think the mention feature doesnt work fully...... i always get nonies mentions however when someone else mentions me i dont get iterplexed

I thought you could only mention your actual friends . . . ?
