Books on Godly Leadership

I recently decided to stop running from opportunities to be in leadership in my professional / ministry life.

Please recommend some books that speak of Godly leadership.

Or better yet how I should conduct myself as a Godly woman in leadership, PLEASE NON-RAMBLING BOOKS!!!! Tips, tricks, scripture references.

I'm open to books that are "non-spiritual" as well.

Hi,
My pastor has always referred me to this book, The Making of a Leader by Frank Damazio, and I agree that it is a very effective, straight to the point book on leadership according to the word of God. We've gone through the whole book as a group at church and I always go back to it to refresh my memory. I purchased it through Barnes and Noble.
