Default Reduce Waist and Luv Handles with plastic wrap.

I have a problem with weight around my stomach and back. Today someone at my job suggested that I wrap my mid-section in plastic wrap twice each week. I think this is similar to body wraps that spa's use. She said it helps get rid of water weight. I'm willing to try almost anything for a smaller waist. I'm going to wrap my waist at night for three weeks and post results. I need to take before pics I'll post them tommorow. I wrapped my waist tonight to see how hard it could be to do it and when I unwrapped the plastic my waist was sweating. So I'm going to see if it works.

Green tea and CLA are excellent for belly fat been taking for 2 months and lost over 2 inches. These are both natural and can been taken forever even though I always rest with supplement every 2 or 3 months for about 2 weeks and then start again. All my fat goes straight to my waist but now I got handle on it the nature way. I think I still going to try the plastic wrap. I do not eat alot of white carbs but carbs with fiber like whole wheat, rye etc.

dunno about plastic wrap.... BUT I've been told if you wrap your stomach in an ace banadge after you have a baby. It would make your stomach go back down in a matter of weeks.

I have one of the wraps for the abs that I got from Ross for about $5. It works the same way and it helps with my back. It has velcro on it. Take care Q

Sometimes I wrap my stomach when I go to the gym. . . I don't know if it helps because I have only been doing it for about two weeks now.

Ladies get you tinest bikini out, because this is true information. I have been doing it for 7 years. I have 2 kids and have a flat stomach.

    It really does work.

    Hey ladies

I'm sorry, I didn't know anyone replied to this. But YES I have been wrapping my stomach for 7 years.

However, soft reynolds wrap is ok, but the harder the plastic the better. I get mines from a food service company, it's hard plastic.

I believe that this HELPS in training your stomach muscles and molding a waistline.

I have had 2 c-sections and we all know how hard it is to keep a flat stomach after that. But I am a strong believer that plastic wrap is the reason why. .

I know fitness experts may NOT agree to this, but IT WORK FOR ME.

SO AGAIN LADIES GET YOU TINEST BIKINIS OUT THIS SUMMER, BECAUSE YOU WILL BE DOING THE DAMN THANG.

    Thanks amcneal. I'm excited.

Would heavy duty garbage bags cut into strips be ok?

I know this is straying off topic slightly - but this is really works. My mom wrapped my stomach after I gave birth and insisted that I wear the wrap daily for 6 weeks. I'm glad that I gave in to her suggestion because my sister gave birth 3 years before I did and refused to wear the wrap and to this day she still can't fully get rid of her post-pregnancy stomach bulge (mind you, her daughter is now 13). I can see the plastic wrap working by training the stomach muscles to some degree.

    Hey CandiceC

I have never used garbage bags, but I assume it would have the same affect if you wrap it tight enough.

However try to use reynolds wrap, because it clings and grips your stomach better.

But remember the harder the plastic the better.
