I just recently started drinking bamboo leaf tea for the silica. I have biotin as well but only took it for a week. I'm so afraid of possible breakouts even with the water intake a b vitamins. I just can't shake the fear. I like my skin

I have some OTC too. Maybe I could use that before I wash. I think u can leave it in for 30min then wash it out

ETA: I mean OCT - Ovation Cell Therapy. It says for daily use you can leave it in for 3-5 minutes after shampoo. And if as a treatment the 1-2hrs or overnight. Eh. Maybe I'll make it a Friday pre-poo. Saturday pre-poo is the WGO and Cholesterol

At first I was massaging my entire scalp with JBCO but yesterday, used straight JBCO on my edges after I slicked them back with ecostyler. I put on a piece of plastic wrap to baggy just the edges overnight. This was good bc Im wearing my hair straight and didnt want it to revert from baggying. Im gonna be wearing a bun now that know how to do it so this is a good method.
