Default Garnier fructis and herbal essences...

Can our hair techs please shed lights? I really want to start cowashing with length and strength or ltr, and start using garner fructis shampoos because I'm tired of busting cake on conditioners that don't last me more than a couple weeks or do any good for my hair. Plus I'm getting tired of suave and need to switch up scents every now and then. But I keep hearing that garner fructose is doomed to hair hayle and HE causes split ends. Rumors or true? Users please chime in! TIA!!

I don't know about any rumors, but I swear by GF. Have used it to CW 2-3x per week for the last 2 yrs or so. It's been real good to me

I don't use the shampoos, give me a bird's nest. But the conditioner's have been good for me and so have a lot of the styling products from both lines.

^^Me too. I use a lot of their products with good results. If I were to use the shampoos, I would dilute them with water first. But lately I've been using cleansing conditioners.
