Plush Swimwear has the bandeau with the skirted bottom. Myleene is wearing the bandeau with the regular bikini bottom. Maybe there's a place where you can mix and match the top and bottom styles.

@ LoveBeautyKisses Sorry, I couldn't find anything on it. Honestly, it's much easier to ID something if it's on a celeb. Searching "white draped dress" on the internet brought up a ton of results. If I could put a name to it, it would be easier to narrow down. Unless someone here has personally seen it, it could be tough to ID.
