Question Members Locked Out

I have noticed that certain members who are paid subscribers are locked out of the forum and can not receive private messages. I was trying to send a private message to @faithVA and it won't let me send it. The error says: faithVA has chosen not to receive private messages or may not be allowed to receive private messages. Therefore you may not sent your message to him/her.. How long is it going to take for active members to get their access back? I also know she put in a ticket this morning, but has yet to hear anything about this problem? Can you please provide status? Thanks.

@tashboog, most likely, this particular user just doesn't allow PM's--she can set that as an option.

I send her private messages all the time. She told me via text message that they are having problems with the site and that it should be fix by tomorrow.
