    Default Walk Away the Pounds...Awesome!

For those of you that are having a hard time getting motivated to work out, the Walk Away the Pounds program is easy and works every part of your body.

I had been going to the gym and was getting frustrated with all of the fancy step moves these ladies were doing and felt that if I didn't start small, I would eventually give up, because I couldn't keep up...repeater, straddle, hop across the bench, etc.

I knew that I hadn't worked out in a LOOOONG time and needed a way to get back in shape that wasn't so hard on my body. I really didn't think this program could work but I'm telling you I was soooo surprised. Not just how easy it was to do but how fast you can walk a mile with this program. Make no mistake about this program because you get a full body work out. It's like an aerobic class but oppose to me being out of oxygen all the time the way I was with my step classes, I stayed in oxygen.

It also makes me want continue doing it because it's not going faster than my body can keep up.

I too have given up on many a exercises because the class was in sync and I was out of sync. I knew I had to find something at a slower pace. I thought about walk away the pounds but chose Yoga and Pilates. Let us know if you lose any weight from Walk Away the Pounds.

YOU Will lose weight. I love these tapes. I have been working out to her new 4mile express tape which I love. I like the tapes because it gives variety (ie 1, 2 and 3 mile tapes) If has done wonders for my legs and in two weeks there was a noticeable difference in my CELLULITE. I will be sticking to this tape! It is easy on your legs, knees and is easy to stick to!

That is so great that you are doing it too. I kept telling my husband that I wished I had gotten these tapes a long time ago but better late than never.

Thanks so much for sharing this information mstankers. I was wondering why I couldn't get on the walkawaythepounds.com but I see now Leslie has changed the site, which looks good. Also thinks for sharing the other sites.

    Hi Stacy

It's an in home walking tape. I also wanted to add something important about the tapes. You can walk the miles fast.

    1 mile = 15 minutes
    2 miles = 30 minutes
    3 miles = 45 minutes.

I was so surprised because I just started the program on Friday and I was enjoying the music so much that I did 3 miles this morning. Also unlike some exercise tapes where the instructor just instructs but doesn't do the exercises...Leslie does them on tape with you the WHOLE TIME. She is also so bubbly that you enjoy her.

Hey Glad I am not the only Leslie lover. I am loving her new 4 mile tape! I try and use that tape 2 times a week and the 3 mile with the weighted balls the rest of the week. Who would have thought walking would be so beneficial and easy? It is the one excercise program I can stick to.

I love Leslie Sasone I really got into her when I was in Weight watchers. I have the one mile walk, the two mile walk, and the four mile walk. At my peak, I would do the two mile walk in the morning and then the four mile walk in the afternoon.

Thanks, ladies. Do you mean that you can just walk around your house listening to the tapes? Do you have to walk outside, or is that optional? Thanks.

Hi, stacy. This is a vhs tape (in dvd too if you want). You are walking in front of your tv and you dont need that much space. It is just like walking outdoors except you are inside. Leslie Sansone leads the tape and there are other people in the background as well. It is a great investment! The tape lets you know when one mile is done, 2 miles is done etc so yhou can feel free to go at your own pace

I picked up the dvd to use between my aerobics class and I really love it! Especially when the hand weight are used. Thanks for recommending this.

That's great Sweetcocoa! I tell you, it's the best tape that I have ever used, not all of that jumping and me being out of breath. I haven't missed a day since I have started and my husband said that my legs and butt are starting to look tight. I can't believe how soon I can see a difference but I believe that it's due to being consistent, something that was hard for me to do with other exercise programs before. Pretty soon I will be adding my Power 90 weight lifting to my plan. You should see my husband, since he has been using it, he is LOOKIN GOOD!

hey thanks for the info! i'm going to try to get the walk away the pounds tape. i don't have alot of space in my bedroom (where the silly boyfriend moved the vcr and replaced with a dvd player in the living room), so that sounds perfect. that's why i haven't been using my windsor pilates tapes!!!! what a crime!
