Default Core Secrets DVDs

Has anyone tried these? It's endorsed by Brooke Burke (model/actress/mother). Gunnar Peterson is the trainer to the stars and to NBA players (found that out yesterday) so i figured i can't lose with this... rite? LOL
It's a set of DVD's in which u use a stability ball for a total body workout. They also have additional videos (lower body; abs) which i purchased as well.

If you have this, What did you like about it?
Dislike?
How did you feel afterwards?
How often do you do it?
What is your fitness level - ie. beginner/intermediate/advanced?

TIA.

It comes with a 30 day money back guarantee (less the S&H).

www.coresecrets.com

49.90 plus 9.95 s&h
the additional dvds (9.95 ea) plus 3.95 s&h (but u have to do it over the phone b/c i didn't see anything on the website about any additional dvds). also, i went to fitness infomercials and one person said they didn't like it, wasn't enough repititions (at least she has that 30 day MB guarantee )
but i think i'll like it, b/c of the stability ball. my core is out of whack and i need to get it 2gether.

I personally think that pilates is the best for the core cause it makes you suck in and really work the muscles...

I was using these at the beginning of the month. I was doing the 1/2hr dvd 3x's per wk. I didn't lose any weight because I wasn't dieting like I should've been. I did feel a difference in my muscles. This set is very good.

I saw the infomercial too today and it went down from the original price 39.95 to 9.95 for 2 workouts ( which is probably a real basic one and the beginner workout) and the ball and pump....

Id check it out if someone gives a good review.....................................

Hi everyone!

I have the core workout program, and while I must say that it looks easy, its really not. I think its a great program IF you incorporate it with something aerobic like running or taebo and it only works if you eat well. I enjoy it, and I definately feel it after...

Sorry ya'll... hahaha
i stopped using it a while back but just restarted. One thing i will say is that ab routine is very good! you literally FEEL ur abs all day long! i've never actually done the other videos (I purchased 2 addt'l vidoes) but eventually i will 'test' it out. For 9.95... i say GET IT! if anything, you get to keep the free ball

I found this link today

http://www.coresecrets.com/

I tod a girl at my job about CS and she ordered this, it is an abbreviated version of the 39.95 one........ if you have never used a fitness ball then I think it would be good..... I think I may get it soon.........

Caramel..........what are the first 2 workouts like, is it a very basic run through then a more intense one?

as long as what you ordered is NOT $40 you should be straight. The infomercial specifically says it's $10 now.
The 2 videos that come with it are the fundamentals and the accelerated workout... i've never done them but i ordered the bun blast and the ab assault and those r pretty good (esp. the abs... i've done that moreso than anything else).

I bought the system and returned it for my money back and they allowed me to keep the ball and the 45-min accelerated tape. I tried the tape one day and it does nothing for me. They don't keep you moving like Taebo. It just didn't give me a good enough of a workout.

if these dvds r more than 9.95 then don't get them. The only one of the 4 that i have that i would spend more than $10 is the Ab Assault. It's absolutely amazing!
