Default What is diluted water?

I was just wondering what is diluted water? Is it the blue setting lotion that you ladies use to roller set you hair or is it oils mix with water. I wanted to try it because I'm keeping my plats until December and I'm fellowing Diva's braids regimen.

Do you mean "distilled" water?

Where do you read this at?

I've never heard of anyone diluting water....

But i know people dilute their setting lotion with water. Basically putting water in it to make it less strong.

I've heard of people rolleresetting with diluted setting lotion first, then keeping their hair wet by spraying with plain water or water mixed with oils

Diluted water? Isn't that an oxymoron. But on the serious note, I'm glad you got an answer to your question
