I'm kinda new to co-washing but in the past I used Suave Fruit Smoothie in Peach and I loved it, it smelled really good too I cant find it anymore.... so I tried Garnier Fructis Sleek and Shine last night and I couldn't keep my hands out my hair today, it feels so silky.

Everyone is different...but two conditioners that really give me slip in co-washes are HE (Herbal Essence) Long Term Relationship and Suave Humectant

I use White Rain Tropical Coconut with my henna gloss. It has great slip.
For my Co-wash, I have been using Herbal Essence Long Term and Breaks Over, both are really great.

Any and everything Herbal Essences! The three that I rotate are LTR, Hello Hydration, and Dangerously Straight.

I also apply their leave in (LTR or Break's Over). Although I must say that I like the BO leave in better because it's creamier and more moisturizing.

So far Aubrey Organics conditioners work the best for me. I don't need to use a detangler or a leave-in afterwards, and my hair always feels soft and moistuized after air-drying.

Suave Milk & Honey was pretty good too, but now that it's gone , I haven't found any other cheapie that can do the trick.

I have used just about every conditioner out there, from cheap to expensive...however, I have yet to find another conditioner that actually cleanses, moisturizes, detangles and strengthens your hair all in one. I would NEVER be without my WEN. The only other conditioners I buy is jessiecurl...but that's another story.

I have no idea how to determine a good co-wash since I wash in braids and wash it out thoroughly. However, I have fond memories of my VO5 Tea Therapy hmmm....

Suave Humectant I have to dilute b/c it is way too thick and I do not want any built up on my scalp.

For me, any cheapie will do really....I get them at Building 19 whichever is ONE DALLAH!

For those of you who mix with baking soda can explain why? Baking soda I thought was to wash away build up right? Well if your washing or combining the B.S. with a product with build up...how does it work then?
