Backorder on Jamaican Black Castor Oil...

on the sam247 website shows they're slashing prices if you order. It is $6.99(reg. price $9.99) for the 8oz and $3.99(reg. price $5.29) for the 4oz. I am thinking of ordering but I'm not sure how long it would take for the item to be stock . Anyone backorder from there before? If so, how long did it take for your product to arrive?

Update: I had to check the date on this - I ordered mine on 3/6, it arrived at work on 3/12 - and the three bottles are still sitting under my desk...glad I ordered then..

yeah I noticed the same thing.. I think I may just wait until it is in stock and just order it at the regular price.. which the regular price IMO is still a good deal. I have the website saved in my favorites so I check the status of the stock periodically.

I ordered last week for $6.99, which is a great price. I ordered three bottles. I went to the farmers market and they were selling four ounces of the same JBCO for $5.79. I have an eight ounce bottle left and about two ounces left in another bottle, so I can afford to wait a minute for the backorder to come in. I thought, though, that they said that the backorder would be in on March 12th. Like I said, I do not need any right now, but I could not pass up that price. I have a confirmation on the order, but they have not charged my American Express. They said they would not until it is shipped and they have kept their word.

I backordered 4 bottles of JBCO from Sam's yesterday. I don't mind waiting, especially since they won't charge my account until they ship the items.

I did this because I found two stores here in Brooklyn selling the 8 oz bottle, but they were charging $13+ and 14+ (before taxes) for ONE bottle!

LOL: I've actually have been so good lately...I go on the websites, but do not order anything. My PJism has definitely ebbed and I have space in my linen closets and cabinets once again. I was in the BSS the other day and for the first time ever actually saw a real live 30 ounce jar of Vitale Olive Oil hair mayonnaise and did not buy it. I never see the Vitale olive oil products anywhere. I did buy the JBCO, though, because I will always buy that: $6.99 for eight ounces is a phenomenal price!

Black=$6.99 small bottle at BSS, $2.49 for the regular clear at WALMART...I mix the two to stretch out the black.

Sams is about 3 minutes from my job. I was going to go there on my lunch break about a week or so ago until I called and they said they were out of stock.

I ordered Castor Oil from FNWL. Does anyone know if it is comparable with JBCO or should I try the JBCO anyways?

I just ordered a bottle too. I am waiting anxiously for it. Ladies I have a question. I have been away from the forum for a long time and I was skimming through some of the products that everyone is using now. What is MTG? Is it a vitamin?

It stands for mane tail and groom. It is a horse product used to enhance the horse's tail. The owner, shapely's, originally made this product for humans. It is a great product the smell is just awful!!! . Try a search on MTG and you will find soooo many threads on it... A lot of ladies get gooooood growth with this.
