Do you seal your ends? Have you been wearing styles that expose them? They may also be dry because they are the oldest parts of your hair and may need babying.

I understand that plateau. I'm trying to get through one now! What are you using to moisturize? When I was in braid extensions, I needed a thicker mixture like S-Curl because the added hair would sap all the moisture up before my hair got the benefit of the spray.

I didn't think of that well just water and I deep condition one in a while I've never used s curl before I might try that it pops up a lot on here

I have kinky curly knot today and water with aloe Vera juice and deep conditioning doesn't work on my hair for some reason

You might need heat with your DC. DCs are useless to some of us without heat unless you have the time to keep a DC on for a cpl hours.

I'll try that because every time I try a new dc it just leaves my ends rough or nothing at all
