Again the annual MFL brought hundreds of thousands protesting the atrocity of abortion. The House also passed the No Taxpayer Funding of Abortion Act. Praise God!

Apparently President Obama threatened to challenge it. It's things like this that get me mad at him. For obvious moral reasons, people should not be forced to pay for abortions!

There was a lot of social media because the people who were there were actively promoting it. Surprisingly, my mom said she heard about the march on the evening news. I only saw one person in my Facebook feed that actually went down to the march to protest it and was carrying pro-abortion signs. :nono:

Yes, I follow some Catholic orgs on FB and those were the only way I saw images and highlights.

I didn't get to participate locally this year but I hope to do the DC march next year, God's willing. This is one of the causes I support.

People can see it as a catch-22 when raped women choose not to abort, but I do believe God allows things to happen and for a reason. There are children who are the product of affairs, incest and other circumstance besides the fruit of a marriage yet the children are here, likely being beacons for others who need their comfort. IOW, their existence serves a purpose.
