IT's FLAMMABLE! gracious!

My no buy for May had me looking for some heat protectant in my bathroom. I came upon some Ellin Lavar Textures ThermMist. Lord knows why I bought this crap like 1.5 years ago, I was hair stupid.

Ingredients: water, SD alcohol 40-B (this is bascially the normal ethyl alcohol but with a little bit of benzoate), other stuff

Oh it has a warning label: Flammable, avoid fire, flame, heat (except styling appliances used as directed) and smoking during application until hair is fully dry.

why Ellin why:sad:

The alcohol is the propellant. Most of it vaporizes, especially when you don't it directly on your hair. This is one reason why most sprays with SD-alcohol as the propellant tell you to hold the can/bottle atleast 4-6 inches way from the heat. My heat protectant spray as it too.
