Are there any Fulani people on here who can tell us a bit more about this method described by JoStylin in a new video?

I am trying this out as retaining moisture is my biggest challenge. I have extension braids in, so I should be able to get away with doing this without too much frizz. Will update if I have any results worth sharing.
